Mission

Connection Workshops help to promote dialogue, understanding, and respect, by bringing curiosity, empathy, and an open mind to discuss and unpack complex and nuanced topics relating to mental health & wellbeing and masculinity. Guided by anti-oppressive practice, workshops relate to participants’ lived experiences to facilitate learning and the integration of new knowledge. The ultimate goal is to develop connection and foster healthy relationships and communities.
